The first catalogue to illustrate bicycles is 1961-1962. The prior catalogues only illustrate some of the components. Based on the publication dates of the catalogues, it appears that they were published every two years during the 1960s and early 1970s skipping 1970. The 1974 catalogue is a 4-ring binder and it appears that it was updated through the 1970s with at least 6 editions composed of loose pages to be added to the original 1974 binder. I will be investigating the actual dates of the editions as time permits.
