1983 Brochure

This undated brochure is believed to be of 1983 vintage. The dating is based on the Velo Sport (1982) Inc. 1983 copyright, and the decal design on bicycles that predates the 1984 decal design in brochures from around the world (accept for the PH9 model which has the later decal design).
